【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

当社及びグループ全体におけるシステム運用・保守の管理を担当していただきます。

システムの運用監視とメンテナンスに努め、仕組化等、ヘルプデスク機能を強化して利用者のニーズに応えるサポート体制を整備します。

また、メンバーの育成等各方面に向け体制強化を進めたく、部署の中核となってご活躍いただける方を募集しています。

【具体的には】

■システム運用 保守

・ITIL運用統括

・インフラ運用・保守

※現状における注力したいポイント

デバイス管理(特にPCおよびユーザーのセキュリティ管理)

ルーター機器の管理およびルール化

■ヘルプデスク

・ユーザーサポート

・システム利活用推進

※現状における注力ポイント

ユーザー満足度の調査・向上(アンケート調査などによるフィードバックの活用)

■拠点管理

・拠点NW・回線管理

・PC(キッティング)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・運用SE、社内NWとしてシステム運用・工数管理経験をお持ちで施策の企画や推進されてきた経験(5年以上)

・システム運用保守経験(5年以上/各フロント事業担当者とも円滑なコミュニケーションを図れる方)

【歓迎】

・セキュリティポリシーの作成、ソリューションの導入および運用経験

・コーポレートIT部門でのヘルプデスクやサポート業務経験・ITSM経験

・契約管理や予算管理の経験・システム利用者のITリテラシー向上の取り組み経験

【規模感】

・対象ユーザー規模(影響範囲):1000人以上

・拠点数:20拠点以上

【給与】

年収650~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

10:00~19:00
