Your role

  • New preparation and re-supervision of trust deeds, prospectuses, and securities registration statements at the time of new fund launch, and filing with the authorities
  • Revision of prospectuses of existing funds, preparation and re-supervision of securities registration statements and reports, filing with authorities
  • Preparation of documents and re-supervision of trust deed changes and redemptions, cooperation with trusted banks, filing with the authorities
  • Submission, instruction, and re-supervision to outsourced companies in the creation of investment reports

    • Your profile

  • Those who are interested and willing to acquire knowledge of the disclosure system of investment trusts
  • Those who are interested in investment trusts and are willing to acquire knowledge of their mechanisms and systems
  • Knowledge of the content and structure of various fund-related data handled in prospectuses, investment reports, etc.
  • With the reduction of errors and the digitization of prospectus etc. in the medium to long term, those who have knowledge and interest in such fields
