・マネージャーのサポート役として、バーの運営が効率的に管理されるよう徹底

・一般社員のマネジメント業務や必要なトレーニングが提供されるよう管理・監督

・ゲスト応対、フレンドリーでありながらもプロフェッショナルなゲストサービスの提供

・バーを利用されるお客様へアルコールまたはノンアルコール飲料の提供

・オーダーテイク、またスナックやドリンクの提供

・お客様のニーズや好みを把握し、飲み物をお勧めする

・バーの在庫管理と補充

・Ensure bar operations are efficiently managed by thoroughly supporting the manager

・Manage and supervise to provide management tasks and necessary training for general staff

・Provide friendly yet professional guest service

・Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons

・Take orders and serve snacks and drinks

・Understand guests' needs and preferences to recommend beverages

・Manage bar inventory and restock supplies

Qualifications
・ホスピタリティ経験者優遇

・ホテルのレストラン・バーやラウンジでの経験必須

・バーの整理整頓、在庫の管理、清潔さを保つ能力

・マネジメント経験者

・中級レベルの英語力とネイティブな日本語力

・Preference given to candidates with hospitality experience

・Experience In Hotel Restaurants, Bars, Or Lounges Required
・Ability to maintain bar organization, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness

・Management Experience Preferred
・Intermediate English proficiency and native-level Japanese skills
