「【福岡(直方市)】事業企画(FP&A推進)」のポジションの求人です

日本及び海外のリードフレーム部門を統合した計画、予測、予算編成、予実分析を実施します。定量値をもとに事業部・グループ会社の戦略について適切なアドバイスを実施します。

<募集背景>

事業企画部の業務としてFP&A(ファイナンシャルプランニング&アナリシス)強化にあたり計画、予測、予算編成、及び予実分析能力を有した人材を募集しております。

<ミッション>

・リードフレーム部門(日本・海外)の収益管理力向上による利益の最大化を図る

・他部門との良好なコミュニケーションによる作業効率の改善

<配属先情報>

現在リードフレーム部門の事業企画部として8名の人材が活動しています。

平均年齢は37.8歳です。

24歳~57歳の幅広い年代で構成されています。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■経理もしくは企画業務経験

【歓迎要件】

▼マーケティング業務の経験

▼英語での会話・メール対応が可能な方

【給与】

年収 650 ~ 750 万円

※賞与補足 昨年度実績/計5.0ヶ月分(事業業績及び能力により増減します)

※別途家族手当支給

※経験・能力を考慮の上設定いたします

※役職がつくと別途役職手当が支給されます。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
