学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
ビジネス開発、パートナーシップ、プロダクト開発、セールス サポートのいずれかに携わった経験。
日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
Google アド マネージャー、AdMob または AdSense の経験。
プロセス全体で、ユーザー エクスペリエンスとソリューションのあらゆる問題に対処できる能力。
チームメンバーと連携して、互いに補完し合いながら成果を達成する能力。
社内外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合うことが可能な、英語による高度なコミュニケーション能力。
オンライン広告およびパブリッシング ビジネスへの関心があること。
カスタマー エクスペリエンスの向上に対する熱意があること。
この求人についてgReach プログラムは、障がいのある業界プロフェッショナル向けの有給スキルアップ プログラムです。12 か月の参加期間の間、皆様にはオンザジョブ トレーニングの形式で、さまざまなプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。gReach プログラムの目標は、マイノリティ グループに属する参加者の皆様に、プロフェッショナルとしてキャリアを形成する機会を提供することです。
gReach プログラムは、gTech 広告セールスのテクニカル サポートとコンサルティング チーム全体で運用されています。お客様に優れたエクスペリエンスを提供し、サービスの魅力を高めて Google の強みとすることを共通の目標として、チームの団結を図ります。

業務内容
販売側のカスタマー エクスペリエンスを分析し、パブリッシャーが抱える主な課題を特定する。
カスタマー エクスペリエンスの改善案を策定する。
品質関連の指標を理解し、優れたカスタマー エクスペリエンスを維持するための品質フレームワークを開発する。
