General Affairs Specialist / 工場総務スペシャリスト
Our Team
The Manufacturing Services Group is composed of three teams: EHS, Facilities Management, and General Affairs.
The Facilities Management team is responsible for the maintenance of buildings and factory equipment as well as leading construction projects.
The EHS team leads safety, health, and environmental operations, including audits.
The General Affairs team maintains a comfortable working environment through employee services.
Each team collaborates closely with the others to contribute to the stable operation of the factory and the continuous improvement of the workplace environment.
What You Will Do
- Creating a Comfortable Workplace Environment (Common Area Maintenance)
・ Maintain and improve shared spaces to ensure a comfortable work environment for all employees.
- Planning and Implementing Initiatives to Enhance Employee Experience, Information Sharing, and Event Support
・ Develop and execute plans to improve employee satisfaction, support internal events, and communicate information leveraging the tools.
- Service Provider Management (Mainly Cafeteria, Security, Cleaning)
・ Oversee external service providers such as cafeteria, security, and cleaning services, conduct audits, and manage regular meetings to maintain high standards in the workplace.
- Company Vehicle Management
・ Manage the use and maintenance of company vehicles to support business operations.
- Inventory Management of Office Supplies and Uniforms, etc
・ Handle the ordering and inventory of office supplies and uniforms to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support for Business Travelers and External Visitors
・ Provide support for visitors before and during the stay.
- Leading Health Management and Wellness Initiatives
・ Arrange employees' health checkups and wellness programs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
・Practical experience in general affairs at a plant, research institute, technical center, or similar facility
・Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese, with a proactive and self-motivated approach
・Strong willingness to understand and embody the company's philosophy, and actively contribute to fostering a positive corporate culture
・Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and practice mutual benefit while supporting others to success
・Japanese: Business level
・Communication skills in English (Daily conversation level)
What Will Put You Ahead
・Experience in arranging logistics for overseas visitors (customers) or business travelers from group companies/plants in overseas.
