全国280銘柄以上のクラフトビールが楽しめる家庭用ビールサーバー

「DREAMBEER-ドリームビア」のプロモーションをサポートする事務のお仕事です

【主な業務内容】

入社後は、以下のような業務を少しずつ覚えていただきます。

◎ PRイベント運営の事務サポート

└ 量販店内での1区画ブース設営に向けた準備、備品や資料の手配、スケジュール管理など

◎ お客様対応の事務処理

└ 申込内容の確認や登録、必要書類の作成など

└ 提案からご契約までがスムーズに進むよう、事務面を担当します

◎ データ入力、書類作成

└ WordやExcelを使用したデータ入力、書類作成、簡単な集計や報告資料の作成

◎ 現場からの連絡対応

└ 電話やメール、社内チャットでの確認対応

【入社後の流れ】

入社後、まず2〜3ヶ月は本社で研修を行います。

サービスについての知識、社会人としてのマナー、

PCの使い方の基礎、事務手続きの基礎まで学べます。

未経験入社がほとんどなので安心してください

本募集は将来的なキャリア形成を目的とした若年層採用を想定しており、35歳未満の方を対象とした募集になります。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩:1時間)

所定労働時間8時間

完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜・祝日)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥314,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥19,090〜¥26,062(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

賞与/年2回(6月・12月)
