About The Role

As an Associate, G10 FX Trader, you will build ANZ FX capabilities with strong focus on building and maintaining G10 FX offering, delivering incremental financial results, at the same time supporting all facets of Markets Trading and Sales business. Plays an important role in FX team in expanding and maintaining ANZ's market share in G10 FX especially in JPY.

You will also be responsible with the following:

Maximise G10 FX Trading revenue in Japan.

Maximise overall FX Trading revenue.

Promote collaboration to achieve FX trading (sales and trading) financial targets.

Monitor changing client trends for implementation in the franchise.

Improve Risk Awareness & Risk Culture - ensure trading within approved limits and compliance with all internal and external requirements.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Proven currency trading experience with strong background in FX products.

Knowledge of FX regulatory framework requirements and Global FX Code of Conduct.

Good understanding of the front to back operations of the trading businesses.

Good risk management skill set and willing to work in high pressure environment.

Strong client services ethic, subject to compliance and regulatory controls.
