コミュニケーションを大切にしています

障がいのあるスタッフのサポートを行っていただきます。

面談を通して目標を立て、一緒に業務を進めます。

・アパレル商品の在庫管理

・店舗什器や書類の管理

・店舗在庫の荷受け、出荷作業など

障がい者スタッフとの情報共有や面談の進め方は、

試用期間中に丁寧にお教えしますのでご安心ください。

【求める人材】

<必須条件>

・人をサポートすることが好きな方

・企業内での障害者雇用に関心がある方

・課題解決に向けて、自ら企画・提案し行動できる方

<歓迎するスキル・経験>

・障がい者の支援に関する職務経験がある方(前職などで実務として携わった方)

・社会福祉士・精神保健福祉士などの資格をお持ちの方

勤務時間


シフトサイクル:1ヶ月

勤務時間 8:30~18:00の内、

週3以上、1日5時間以上

勤務パターンはご相談ください

土曜日勤務できる方歓迎

平日だけの主婦(夫)さんも歓迎
