業務内容

【具体的な業務内容】
- 採用マーケティング戦略の立案・実行
自社採用サイト、各種Web広告の企画・運用・分析・改善。
採用メディアをグループの中核チャネルへ成長させるための施策推進。
- 採用DX・データ分析
採用データ(サイト流入・広告・応募・内定率等)の可視化と課題抽出。
AIやRPA、人事データを活用した分析・効率化および戦略立案。
- 採用ブランディングの構築
グループ全体の採用ブランディング向上に向けたコンテンツ企画。
社内外のステークホルダー(役員、現場部門、外部パートナー等)との調整・折衝。
グループ各社への採用支援
- 採用実務(新卒・中途)
新卒・中途両面における母集団形成、選考フロー設計、候補者対応。
応募条件
【必須スキル/経験】以下のいずれかの実務経験(目安3年以上)
・採用広報、採用マーケティング、または広告代理店等での企画・運用・分析経験(3年以上)
・マーケティングだけでなく、採用活動もご支援いただける方
【歓迎スキル/経験】
・大規模組織(数千名規模)での採用業務や広報業務の経験。
・BIツールやGoogle Analytics等を用いたデータ分析、可視化の実務経験。
・AIや自動化ツール(RPA等)を活用した業務改善の実績。
