<広報部>

より便利でリーズナブルなモバイル・コミュニケーションの実現や、様々なパートナーとのコラボレーションでネットとリアルの境を越えた新たな買い物体験を提供していくなど、人々の暮らしをより豊かで便利なものへと変える、新しいステージに向けた楽天グループの挑戦に、コミュニケーションスペシャリストとしてあらゆる角度から携わることのできる部署です。

<企業広報課>

決算、人事、総務、企業文化、投資等、グループの根幹に関わる案件の情報発信を通じて、グループ全体の成長戦略やブランディングに携わることができる部署です。

<サービス広報課>

70以上のサービスにおける広報活動の実施や指導を通じて幅広い経験を得られるだけでなく、多様なサービスを有機的に結び付けて形成する独自の楽天エコシステムや、楽天ポイントなど楽天グループ特有のユニークな施策を検討/実施することができる部署です。

<戦略事業広報支援課>

楽天グループのさらなる成長を牽引するモバイル事業の企業活動や最先端の技術、ネットワークエリアに関する広報活動の支援を通じて、事業の成長を支える重要な役割を担うことができる部署です。

<広報企画課>

主に新規事業の広報活動や複数のグループ会社にまたがるグループ横断案件の広報戦略を策定/実行します。また、グループ内の各広報組織間の連携を強化するための体制構築や仕組み化を行い、グループとしての広報活動の改善を目指します。

業務内容

<部内共通の業務内容>

・広報戦略の企画策定/実行

・記者会見、プレスイベントの企画策定/進行管理

・プレスリリース、ニュースレターの作成/配信

・キー局から全国のローカルメディアまで、幅広いメディアリレーションの構築

・メディアからの問い合わせ、取材の対応、関連エグゼクティブとのコミュニケーション

・掲載メディアのモニタリング、クリッピング、各種交渉

・オウンドメディアを通じた情報発信

※携わっていただく業務は、適正/希望などを考慮して決定いたします。

必須要件:

・社会人経験5年以上

・事業会社での広報/PRの実務経験または広報代理店(PR会社)でのコンサルティング実務経験3年以上

・日本語でのプレスリリース、ニュースレター等の企画、ライティング、編集、配信経験

・記者会見、プレスイベントの企画、進行管理、メディアリレーション経験

・日本語で円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

・英語での情報収集、レポーティングが可能な方

・広報戦略の企画立案/実行経験

・PR会社との折衝やディレクション(もしくはPR会社での勤務経験)

・ファクトブックなど広報ツールの制作

・決算/IR対応経験

・危機管理広報の経験

・オウンドメディア運営経験

・広告の出稿やディレクション経験

・エグゼクティブの講演プレゼンテーション作成経験(パワーポイント、Keynote)

・インターネットやモバイルビジネス、ソーシャルメディアに関する興味、関心のある方

・組織運営(予算管理/人材育成/運営方針設定)

・コミュニケーション能力の高い方
