本チームは2024年に発足しており事業は立ち上げフェーズにありますが、既に複数のエンタープライズ企業とのパートナーシップを締結しています。
この新規事業の立ち上げにおいて、プロダクト開発に従事していただける方を募集します。事業のゼロイチフェーズで仮説構築と検証を繰り返しながら、BizDevメンバーやクライアントと共にソリューションを作り上げていただきます。
【主な業務内容】
LLM(大規模言語モデル)を活用したアプリケーションやモデルの設計、開発、実装
LLMを用いた自然言語処理(NLP)タスクの最適化と改善
関連技術や論文のリサーチ
モデルの改良や評価に用いるデータ収集、前処理、および実装
アプリケーションのパフォーマンスとスケーラビリティの向上

1年以上のLLM関連プロダクトの開発経験
大規模テキストデータの処理パイプライン構築経験
LLMを活用したプロダクションシステムの運用経験
モデル選定やプロンプトエンジニアリングでの成功実績
【スキル】
以下のうち3つ以上該当することが望ましい:
複数のLLMプロバイダー(OpenAI, Anthropic等)の特性を理解し、適切に使い分けられる
大規模テキストデータの前処理・後処理パイプラインを設計・実装できる
プロンプトエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスを実践できる
LLMのコスト最適化戦略を立案・実装できる
ベクトルデータベースやembeddingの活用経験がある
LLMの出力品質を評価・改善できる
最新のLLM関連論文やツールの知見がある
