Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 社会福祉法人 翠明院が運営する養護老人ホームで、三重県いなべ市藤原町に位置しています。65歳以上の利用者様が入所されており、元気な方が多く、明るく活気のある施設です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 老人福祉法に基づき、利用者様の食事・入浴・排泄といった生活全般の支援を行います。また、日常生活に潤いと生きがいを持っていただくため、レクリエーションや趣味のクラブ活動(お花、カラオケ、唄おう会、器楽、ゲートボールなど)のお手伝いも大切な業務です。

Q. 勤務時間はどうなっていますか?

A. 変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)で、早番・日勤・遅番・夜勤のシフト制です。

・早番:06:30~15:30

・日勤:08:00~17:00

・遅番:09:00~18:00

・夜勤:18:00~08:00(休憩120分、月2~3回程度)

残業は少なめで、基本休憩時間は60分です。

A. 初任者研修修了者の方を対象としています。主婦・主夫の方、ブランクがある方、第二新卒の方、有資格者の方など、幅広い層が活躍中です。年齢問わず40代、50代以上の方も応募いただけます。
