【職務の目的】

数理的な分析により、ポートフォリオの収益性と成長性を維持して利潤を拡大するための

データに基づいた収益性分析および商品開発(料率算出・設定)に貢献していただきます。

特に自動車保険と傷害・医療保険のポートフォリオ分析と商品開発が中心的な業務です

【主な業務内容】

1)金融庁との折衝・認可申請と営業保険料率の設定

2)事故発生率、契約者動向等の各種分析・モデリング及び施策の策定

3)本部内における情報共有ならびに他部門との調整

【主な関係組織/機関】

社内:商品管理部門、ダイレクト事業本部、ホールセール事業本部、デジタル事業本部、損害サービス部、オペレーショナル・ガバナンス統括部、コンプラインス部、財務本部

社外:金融庁、APAC

【必須条件】

1)アクチュアリー研究会員/準会員/正会員

2)数理統計に関する知識

3)プログラミング経験(SAS・Python・R・VBA等/Emblem・ResQ等)

4)アクチュアリーとしての実務経験(生損保問わず)

5)日本語ネイティブレベル(FSA折衝業務のため)

※英語力あれば尚可

【募集要項】

・勤務地:東京本社オフィス(東京都中野区東中野 または在宅勤務のハイブリッド勤務

・雇用形態:正社員

・勤務時間: 9時00分から17時00分迄 (休憩時間60分)

・給与:当社規程により決定

※前職の経験・スキルを考慮
