《仕事内容》

マルチ決済対応デバイスの

開発エンジニアをお任せします。

技術営業と一緒になってお客様の

ニーズに合った製品を開発してください。

【具体的には…】

  • お客様のニーズヒアリング・要件定義
  • 製品仕様の策定・デモアプリの作成
  • 海外パートナーと連携した

開発ディレクション

  • 試作機の動作検証・品質チェック

(出荷前検品含む)

  • 導入に向けた技術サポート・設定支援
  • 導入後の不具合対応・改善提案
  • 運用フォロー など

ヒアリングでお客様のビジョンを深堀りし、

それを実現させるための提案も

行って頂く上流寄りの仕事です。

製品導入後も、使用・管理方法を

サポートしたり、課題があった際に

解決策を考案したりとお客様の事業促進

を継続的にバックアップしてください。

納品前のチェックには、

相応の知識が必要なため、

外部に任せずに自分達で検品を実施。

時には数千台単位で製品を出荷する

事もありますが部署関係なく、

皆で協力し合うのが私たちのスタイル。

私たちは少人数で事業を運営しています。

そのため、メンバーの声を吸い上げながら

以前、製品出荷前の慣らし運転

"バーンインテスト"を実施する際に、

出荷数が増え過ぎて、テスト環境が

追いつかない事がありました。

そこで「テスト環境を増設してほしい」

という要望をメンバーが提案したところ、

翌朝には環境が整備されていたという

エピソードもあります。

海外のエンジニアとやり取りを

行いますが言語はこちらに

合わせてくれるので語学力は不問。

ただ、フランス・ドイツ・韓国・

中国など最近ではグローバルに

取引を行っていますので語学力が

あることは武器のひとつになります。
