<業務内容>
・学務⽀援(主に教育企画開発センター関係)に係る業務(1名)
・教務(学籍・履修・成績管理・学位授与・学務システム運⽤)に係る業務(1名)
・その他、学務課に係る業務
アピールポイント:
・週1回程度の在宅勤務が可能です。
求める人材:
・外国⼈教員や留学⽣等との対応があるため、英⽂による⽂書作成や英語によるコミュニケーション能⼒を有すること。(TOEIC 等のスコアや英検等の資格等をお持ちの⽅は記載してください。)
・教員や学⽣との連絡調整・交渉⼒や教育事業実施に関する企画・⽴案⼒を有し、主体的に実⾏するとともに、課題発⾒⼒や状況把握⼒等を有すること。
・パソコン(ワード、エクセル等)を⽤いた⽂書作成やデータ作成ができること。
・ウェブサイトの制作・更新に関わる業務に従事した経験を有することが望ましい。
・繁忙期に多少の超過勤務ができること。
・⼤学での学務関係の業務経験があれば、なお可。
勤務時間・曜日:
週5日勤務 8時45分~17時30分(休憩1時間を含む)
(休日:土、日、祝日、年末年始)
休暇・休日:
・土、日、祝日、年末年始(12/29-1/3)、夏季一斉休業
・完全週休2日制
・有給休暇あり

待遇・福利厚生:
月給:300,000円(年俸制)
諸手当:通勤手当、住居手当、超過勤務手当 等
毎月末日締切、当月21日支払
健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労災保険加入
雇用期間:2026年4月1日から2027年3月31日
※最長で2029年3月31日まで更新する場合があります。更新の可否及び期間は、更新の必要性、雇用経費及び当該員の更新前の勤務実態を総合的に勘案して決定します。
