CAチームマネージャー}面談・面接対策・育成・資料作成・法人折衝を一気通貫で担うコアポジション

【仕事内容】

キャリアアドバイザーチームのマネジメントと、求職者の面接対策のプロとして成果を最大化するポジションです。**

キャリアアドバイザーの育成・数字改善を行いながら、

求職者の面接対策のプロとして自らも成果に貢献。

また、企業ごとの面接のポイントを資料化し、

チーム全体が再現性高く成果を出せる仕組みづくりを担う役割です。

? <具体的な業務内容>

    1. CAチームのマネジメント

メンバーの育成・ロープレ・面談フィードバック

1on1の実施、課題分析、数字改善のアクション設定

目標進捗管理(面談数・推薦数・内定率など)

メンバーの成功体験の仕組み化

    1. 求職者の面談・面接対策

求職者の深掘り・キャリア整理

面接対策・志望理由形成・ストーリー作成

メンバーが担当する求職者の対策フォロー

内定率を引き上げるための改善提案

エージェントとしての"最後の一押し"対応

    1. 面接対策資料・企業分析資料の作成

企業別の面接ポイントをパワポに整理

過去の質問、合格パターン、落ちる理由の体系化

Googleスプレッドシートで情報整理

CAチーム全員が使える標準資料の作成

ノウハウのデータベース化

    1. 面接対策・CA研修の企画・実施

新人CA向けの研修プログラム作成

メンバーの対策スキルを底上げする研修・勉強会

ロープレとフィードバックの徹底

チーム全体の質の均一化・再現性の構築

    1. 企業側への折衝・フィーアップ提案

求職者の質と支援内容に基づく成功報酬UPの提案
