  • 業務内容

通信制高校での授業、単位認定業務など

授業はオンラインのみではなく、教科によっては簡単な実技や実験なども取り入れております。

教科指導がメインなので、担任業務や部活指導ありません

【具体的な業務内容】

・スクーリング授業対応

指導案を元に授業スライドを作成し、動画やネットを活用しながら授業を行います。

また、生徒の交流を深める企画の運営なども行います。

・レポート添削対応

生徒がきちんと学べているかを確認する課題(レポート)の添削指導を行います。

ネット上で添削ができるシステムを導入しております。

・生徒指導

・式典対応

・質問対応

・その他、学校運営や生徒対応にかかる業務

【一日の流れ】

9:30~11:00:出勤、生徒受け入れ準備、授業準備など

11:00~13:00:生徒の受付、スクーリング授業

13:00~14:00:昼休憩

15:00~17:00:スクーリング授業、次回授業準備やミーティング

17:00~18:00:レポート添削や生徒の友達作りサポート(生徒交流のための放課後イベント運営など)

18:00~18:30:翌日の準備

18:30~19:00:退勤 ※あくまでも一例です。

スクーリングの授業がない日や、自分の担当教科の授業がない場合はレポートの添削や教室巡回、生徒のスクーリング問い合わせ対応などをご対応いただきます。

テスト実施の時期はテストの作成や試験監督もご担当いただきます。

給与


日給15,360円〜

月給:時給1920円×8時間=15,360円×労働日数

※月額はほぼ固定ですが、祝祭日の多い月は多少前後します

※駐車場有・ガソリン代支給あり(規定あり)
