仕事内容
美濃焼産地「瑞浪市」の食器メーカー深山のものづくりを職人として製造全般を担当。将来的にものづくりの中枢となる方となって頂けると嬉しいです。
はじめは先輩社員の指導のもと『(1)製造実務』を担当頂きます。
製造実務では、成形から焼成までの一連の製造工程を、その適正に合わせて担当頂きます。
【(1)生産実務の例】
- 担当(1)『成形』
泥状の土を型に注入し成形する『鋳込み(いこみ)』成形にて、器の形を作る業務です。
- 担当(2)『仕上げ』
成形された器をスポンジなどで滑らかに仕上げる業務です。
- 担当(3)『素焼き』
仕上げた器を800度程度で焼成し出荷するための窯詰め窯出し業務。
- 担当(4)『加飾』
器に絵やロゴを施す業務。
- 担当(5)『払い』
素焼きされた器の表面の埃を払いながら検品する業務です。
- 担当(6)『施釉(せゆう)』
器表面に釉薬というガラスコーティングを施す業務。
- 担当(7)『はがし』
施釉した器より余分な釉薬を取り除き裏面を仕上げる業務。
- 担当(8)『窯詰め/窯出し』
器を窯に入れて焼く為に台車に組み上げ、焼成後は取り出す業務。
- 担当(9)『検品』
完成品に不良が無いかを検査し良品を選定する業務。

- 実務経験は問いませんが、やきものや器や食に興味があり、ものづくりに熱心な方を募集します
- パソコンの扱いに慣れておりword、excelが使えると良いです。
- 長く勤務頂ける方を希望します。
- 普通自動車免許(入社時までの取得でも可)

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 184000円 ~ 280000円
*給与は経験、能力を考慮し決定致します。
試用期間あり
試用期間の長さ:2ヶ月
雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
休日休暇
完全週休2日制 年間休日120日以上
*完全週休二日制。夏季休暇、GW休暇、正月休暇などは弊社年間休日カレンダーで設定。
