私たちの組織は、PlayStationのプラットフォームを、PlayStation Network(PSN)のネットワーク機能から支える開発グループです。開発したソフトウェアは、全世界で1億台以上のPlayStationコンソールに搭載され、1万2千本を超えるゲームタイトルに導入されています。SDKは4,000以上のゲーム開発スタジオによって利用されており、多くのユーザーにネットワークを通じたゲーム体験を提供しています。

■担当領域とチーム体制
私たちの組織では、PlayStation Network向けクライアント機能の中でも基盤となる領域を担当しています。主にゲーム向けSDKおよびシステムソフトウェアの開発を行っています。
本組織は、複数のスクラムチームで構成されており、各メンバーが広い裁量を持ちながら、自律的に開発に取り組んでいます。サーバ開発チームやスタジオサポート部門と密接に連携し、仕様検討、技術サポート、不具合解析など多岐にわたるグローバルな協業を日常的に行っており、End to Endな開発経験を積むことができます。また、新たなゲーム体験を創出するために、新機能の企画・設計段階から関わる機会も多く、メンバーは日々やりがいを感じなら開発しています。

■職務内容
・PlayStationコンソールにおけるPSN基盤機能、SDKの設計・実装・テスト・保守
・ネットワークプロトコルおよびWebAPI/RESTを使うライブラリの開発
・ゲーム開発者や社内チームへの技術支援、ドキュメント整備
・C/C++による開発(案件によりC#やJavaScriptも利用)
・ビジネス拡大に向けた、PCなどの他プラットフォーム展開、クロスプラットフォーム向け新機能開発
これらをアジャイルなスタイルで、変化に柔軟に対応しながらスピーディに開発しています。

リモートワークを基本とした柔軟な働き方が可能です。
一方で、社内ハッカソンやソーシャルイベントなど、対面でのコミュニケーションの場も活発に設けられており、チーム内外での情報共有や技術的な刺激を得やすい環境があります。

■求める 実務経験・スキル・人物像

【必須要件(MUST)】

- C/C++による開発経験(3年以上、もしくは十分な知識)

【歓迎要件(WANT)】

・ ネットワークおよびマルチスレッドプログラミングの経験
- 特にクライアント/サーバ型アーキテクチャにおけるクライアント側の開発経験がある方
・リソース制約のある環境での開発経験
- 組み込み機器開発など、限られたCPU・メモリでハイパフォーマンスなプログラムを書ける方
・様々なプラットフォーム(OS、ハードウェア)での開発経験

・ソフトウェア開発が大好きな方、自分の技術力を試してみたい方
・自分が書いたコードが1億台以上の機器で動き、多くのゲームから使われることに喜びを感じられる方
・グローバルな環境で海外のSDK開発チーム、ゲーム開発チームともコミュニケーションしながら開発に取り組める方
