【お仕事内容】
「通い」「泊まり」「訪問」を組み合わせて、利用者さまの生活を支える介護のお仕事。
- 食事・入浴・排泄・移動などの生活サポート
- レクリエーションや日常の見守り
- 送迎業務(南足柄市内/社用車使用)
- 介護記録の入力(PC・タブレット使用)
※できることから少しずつお任せします。

勤務時間・曜日:
▼変形労働時間制(1か月単位・シフト制)
主な勤務時間は以下の通りです。
・7:00~16:00(休憩60分)
・8:00~17:00(休憩60分)
・10:00~19:00(休憩60分)
・12:00~21:00(休憩60分)
・21:00~翌7:00(夜勤・休憩120分)
※残業なし
※時間帯については相談OK
雇用期間:期間の定めあり
初回契約:入職日~令和8年3月31日
契約更新:あり(原則1年ごとの更新)
休暇・休日:
◎シフト制・週休二日制(月9日休み/2月のみ8日)
●年間休日:107日
●年次有給休暇:入職6か月後に10日付与(入社時特別休暇3日付与※)※使用条件あり
●育児休業・介護休業・看護休暇

月給 212,872 ~ 219,752円
◎基本給:月平均労働日数(21.5日)

土日祝日勤務手当:時給+50円

- 初任者研修(ヘルパー2級):+10円
- 実務者研修:+20円
- 介護福祉士:+40円
被服手当:2,000円/月
通勤手当:実費支給(上限30,000円/月)
