仕事内容:
半導体製造装置の組立スタッフ募集(未経験歓迎・安定のモノづくり)
半導体製造に使用される装置の組立を担当するお仕事です。
精密機器を扱うため、丁寧で正確な作業が求められますが、未経験でも研修でしっかり習得可能です。
具体的な作業内容
①装置部品の組立
・フレームやユニット部品を組み合わせて、半導体製造装置を組立。
・電動ドライバーやレンチなどの工具を使用して部品を固定します。
・図面やマニュアルに沿って作業を行い、規格通りに組み立てます。
②配線・チューブ接続
・電源ケーブルや制御チューブを正しい位置に接続。
・接続の確認や簡単な動作テストも行います。
③検査・調整業務
・組立後の装置を動作チェックし、初期不良がないか確認。
・微調整や不具合の報告、簡単な修正作業を行う場合もあります。
④付随業務
・作業エリアの整理整頓や工具・部品の補充。
・組立補助や梱包作業など、工程に応じたサポート業務。
