仕事内容:

スターライト工業は、70年以上にわたり現場の安全を支え続ける老舗企業です。

あなたには、ヘルメットや安全用品を通じて、建設業や製造業、防災商社、

官公庁といった様々な業界のお客様を守るお仕事をお任せします。

すでにお取引のある100社程度の顧客企業を中心に、お客様のお困りごとをていねいにヒアリングし、

最適な解決策を商品とサービスの両面から提案します。

展示会での新規顧客開拓も実施し、営業の幅を広げていただけます。

最初は近畿圏を担当エリアとして、約3年を目安にキャリアを重ねていきます。

事務作業もありますが、運ぶものが明確に決まっているため、営業の流れが分かりやすいのが特徴です。

工場研修やOJTを通じて、ヘルメットや安全用品の知識を基礎から学べます。

主な業務内容:

・顧客企業(商社等)

・官公庁への商品提案

・既存顧客へのヒアリングを通じたお困りごと把握

・最適な解決策の提案(商品とサービスの両面)

・展示会を通じた新規顧客開拓 ・事務作業

業務の特徴:

・固定ルートの営業のため、営業の流れが把握しやすい

・既存顧客メインなので、関係構築に注力できる

・運ぶものが明確に決まっている

・月10時間程度の残業で、ワークライフバランスが実現しやすい

1日の流れ:

・08:45 出社

・12:00~12:45 休憩

・17:30 退社

求める人材:

必須条件:

法人顧客への営業経験のある方

簡単なPC操作ができる方(文字入力、簡単な表計算など)

普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

歓迎条件:

防災士取得

簿記3級以上取得

最終学歴:大学院、大学、短期大学、専修・各種学校、高等専門学校、高等学校卒以上

・未経験OK

・英語力不要
