Job Description:

• Performing services such as repair and inspection of construction machinery.
• Internal tasks: carrying out repair and inspection of machinery brought in-house, creating repair estimates.
• On-site tasks: attending civil engineering and construction sites per customer requests to conduct repairs and inspections.

Responsibilities include regular inspection, repair, and customization of construction machinery like mini excavators, wheel loaders, and carriers. Newcomers will receive thorough training from senior colleagues on tool operation. Ultimately, aim to become a repair specialist.

Start by learning basic inspection and repair techniques in-house. After a few months, accompany seniors to visit 3-5 customer sites per day. Identify any issues or malfunctions to prevent accidents, an essential task.

Repair Process:

• Listen (detailed troubleshooting information from customers)
• Observe (check for deformities, damages, oil leaks, etc.)
• Ask (detect abnormalities from engine and drive noises)
• Smell (detect abnormalities from exhaust and engine odors)
• Fix (swiftly address using tools, earning customer appreciation)
• Communicate (explain causes of malfunction and handling tips to customers)

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience:

• Candidates with a wide range of technical backgrounds such as mechanical or electrical engineering, including graduates from technical departments (welcome high school or technical college graduates).
• Candidates with experience in technical elements of mechanical or electrical products (development, manufacturing, quality assurance, service, etc.).

Licenses:
Must have a regular driver's license. Those who can drive manual transmission vehicles are preferred.
