Job Description

(1) Counseling & Training (including new clients) / Nutrition Guidance

You will be responsible for client counseling, personal training sessions, nutrition guidance, and membership procedures.

(2) Studio Operations

You will mainly operate the studio alone (occasionally with another staff member).

Tasks include cleaning, laundry, managing social media, and responding to client inquiries as needed.

【Required Qualifications】

・Minimum 1 year of experience using power racks and Smith machines

・Someone who genuinely enjoys personal growth and seeing clients change

・JLPT N2 or higher

【Preferred Qualifications】

・Fitness certifications (NSCA, NESTA, JATI, AT, etc.)

・National licenses (Physical Therapist, Judo Therapist, etc.)

・Experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor

【Ideal Candidate Profile】

・Highly motivated and eager to continuously learn

・Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport

・Responsible and capable of independently managing the studio

・Training experience (coaching experience is a plus)

About This Position

This is a full-time employee position, not freelance or contract work.

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 45万円

Probation Period

Trial period: 2 months

After the probation period, your base salary will be determined based on skills and work performance.

Salary increase: Generally once a year (November), but additional raises may be given for outstanding performance.

・Year 3 / Age 32: ¥5.4M annually (including bonus)
