  • 具体的な仕事内容

弊社が管理する賃貸物件のメンテナンスをする業務をお願いいたします。

アパート・マンション等の小修繕

退去立会い

原状回復工事・リフォーム発注業務

オーナー、協力業者への交渉

見積書・請求書作成(PC入力作業) 業務中社用車等の運転有。

  • 1人前になるまで

入社後は先輩スタッフの現場に同行していただきます。

最初は現場の回り方やオーナー様・工事業者への連絡など見て学びます。

その後、徐々に小工事にもチャレンジしていただき、

1人で解約立ち合いや様々な業務に対応できるようになってください

  • 1日の仕事のスケジュール例

09:00 出社・メール等連絡確認

10:00 準備後現場にて調査・小工事

11:00 規模の大きな工事は外部に依頼

12:00 昼休み

13:00 工事業者と現場立ち合い

16:00 オーナー様へご提案

17:00 書類等の作成

18:00 明日の準備をして退勤

・普通自動車運転免許:必須(AT限定可)

・リフォーム・水道・電気工事関係等の経験がある方優遇

・建築・水道・電気工事等の資格ある方は優遇。
