仕事内容:

専門学校で教務事務と総務として下記のような業務を担当していただきます。

・各種申請書発行、とりまとめ

・環境整備(オフィス掃除・コロナ対策等)

・学費管理、出席率入力

・ビザ申請事務・管理

・PC設定、管理

・消耗品在庫管理、発注

・受付、電話対応、お茶出し、来客対応

・各イベントの対応

・他部署の業務

※実務で問題なく使用できるレベルのPCスキルが必要です。

※学生と関わるお仕事です。学生に愛情をもって接していただける方、人と関わる仕事が好きな方を歓迎します。

※入社後、グループの人材事業の研修あり。

グループで働く上での基本スキルを身に着けて頂きます。

求める人材:

・専門・短大卒以上

・35歳以下(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため(省令3号のイ))

・基本的なPCスキル(目安:word、PowerPointを使用して資料を作成できる、Excelで基本的な関数が組める、わからない関数も調べれば対応可能なレベル、PCでの作業に抵抗がない方)

・職場をきれいに保つため、環境整備ができる方

・受け身ではなく積極的に業務に取り組める方は未経験でも歓迎します

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間:8:15~17:15

※オープンキャンパスやイベント実施の場合、休日出勤の可能性有。

別途平日に振替休日取得。

休日:週休二日制(毎週・土日祝休み)

夏季休暇、GW休暇、年末年始休暇等
