- まずは事務の基礎をじっくり学ぶ

・受付の基本マナーや社内ツールの使い方

・電話応対や言葉づかい、来客対応の流れをしっかり学習

▼2ヶ月目

-先輩と一緒に実務スタート

・先輩と一緒に受付対応・電話対応をスタート

業務の進め方も一つひとつ丁寧に教えます◎

▼3ヶ月目

-いよいよ一人立ち研修お疲れ様でした♪

・自信を持って受付対応をお任せ♪

・社内の相談窓口としても頼られる存在に

・来客の一次対応やご案内

・電話・メールの一次受付(フォーマットあり)

・スケジュール管理、会議室予約

・備品発注やちょっとした庶務など

※事務作業もありますが、PCスキルは入力レベルでOK

※業務を遂行するにあたり、日本語での高度な読解力および会話力(日本語能力試験N1相当)が求められます。

社内外とのコミュニケーション(メール・チャット)はすべて日本語で行うため、ビジネスレベルの日本語力が必要です。

なお、本募集は将来的なキャリア形成を目的とした若年層採用を想定しており、35歳未満の方を対象とした募集となります(雇用対策法施行規則第1条の3第1項第3号イに基づきます)。

勤務時間・曜日:

・10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

・残業ほぼなし定時退社推奨

◆ 月給:25万円~35万円(経験・能力に応じる)

+交通費+残業代+手当

◆ 昇給:年2回(2月・8月)

・未経験1年目:年収300万円前後

・2~3年目:年収350~400万円程度(+役職・職能手当)

・将来的には事務チームのリーダーとして年収450万円超も可能
