職務内容
新規AIプロダクトや機能開発にあたってのプロダクトデザインがミッションです。
プロダクト/サービスの顧客価値、ブランド価値の向上、マーケティング、コミュニケーションデザインなど、幅広い対応で継続的に社会課題解決へアプローチし続けます。
具体的業務は下記を想定しています。
・インタラクションデザイン、UIデザイン
・仮説検証のためのプロトタイピング
その他、可能であれば・状況に応じて下記の業務もご担当頂くことがあります。
・社会課題解決にむけた顧客理解、カスタマージャーニー検討、UX方針定義
・プロダクト設計・情報設計(オブジェクト定義)
・グラフィックデザイン、ガイドライン策定などのビジュアルデザイン
必須要件
- 社会課題解決への意識、価値創出へ携わりたい方
- WEBサービス、アプリUI設計の経験がある方
- UIデザインについての基礎をお持ちの方(マテリアルデザイン、iOSヒューマンインターフェイスなど)
- HTML5、CSS3などのマークアップ知識
- AI×デザインで新しい体験のあり方を追求し、成長したい方
- プロダクトのみならず、サービス(ビジネスのあり方)も含めたトータルの体験価値デザインに関心が高い方
- ユーザ目線に立ったプロダクト・サービス設計の経験をお持ちの方
- デザインリサーチ・UXリサーチ/アートディレション/インタラクションデザインに興味関心が高い方
歓迎要件
- Figmaなどプロトタイピングツールを使用した開発経験
- モーションデザインの経験新規事業の立ち上げ、グロース経験ビジネス向けプロダクトのデザイン経験
- 大規模サービスの継続的なグロース経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- UXリサーチの実施経験、UXリサーチャーとの協働経験インタビューなどで得た定性データや、解析ツールを用いた定量データに基づいたプロダクト改善経験
- デザインディレクション・クオリティコントロール経験を活用した新しい体験のあり方を追求し、成長したい方
