冷暖房完備・綺麗な職場で簡単な組立と配線作業をお任せします

特別な知識や資格は必要ないので、未経験の方でも大歓迎

<仕事内容>1.制御盤や操作盤の製造、組付け作業

2.上記に付随する作業

作業自体は、コツコツ・黙々とひとりで行いますが、課内で補い合いながら生産性を

向上させていきます

必要な道具や制服はすべて支給手取り足取り、全部教えます

【1】自動車の製造ラインにおける機械設備の電気制御、設備の電気改造

勤務時間・曜日:

3カ月フレックスタイム制導入

コアタイムは10:30~15:30

  • 始業時間帯は6:00~10:30
  • 終業時間帯は15:30~21:00

繁閑期に応じて一日あたりの労働時間を調整できます。

柔軟な働き方が可能、勤務時間を工夫することでプライベートな時間を

上手く活用できます。

※標準労働時間 8時間

残業は月平均15時間程度です

完全週休二日制(土曜日、日曜日※祝日は出勤になります)

給与:

【手当】

  • 役付手当…役職およびランクに応じて支給
  • 職務手当…職務の困難度に応じて支給
  • 扶養手当…第1扶養者10,000円・第2.3扶養者3,000円/人
  • 通勤手当・高速通行料手当…上限50,000円
  • 精勤手当…5,000円 ・住宅手当…10,000円
  • 住宅補助手当…20,000円(条件あり)

【固定残業】みなし残業はありません。実勤務時間に応じて支払います。

【昇給・賞与】

  • 昇給:年1回 3000~5000円
  • 賞与:年2回 ※インセンティブ制度あり(期末賞与)
