仕事内容:

親会社の小田急電鉄及び、小田急グループ各社の経理業務全般をご担当いただきます。

仕訳、出納、月次/年次決算および会計・税務等幅広くお任せし、ゆくゆくは主任としてマネジメントも担って頂く予定です。

■財務会計:

・月次/四半期/年次単体決算業務

・固定資産管理業務

・債権債務管理業務

・法人税等申告補助

・各種報告書作成 等

■連結決算:

・四半期/年次連結決算業務

・開示資料作成 等

■内部統制:

・小田急グループ全社統制

・業務統制

・ITGC統制等

■経営戦略:

・中期経営計画/予算計画策定支援

・事業施策支援等

■コンサルティング:

・業務設計、改善

・企業再編

・システム戦略の企画立案等

【キャリアパス】

まずはチームリーダー補佐として業務を経験して頂きます。

その後はリーダーとしてチームを牽引いただき、将来的には、管理職としてチーム運営を担っていただいたり、

プロフェッショナルとして会計税務等の知識をもって貢献していただきたいです。

システム導入や業務改善支援、内部統制など、顧客の業務に踏み込んだコンサルティングを強化中

新規受託会社も増えており、安定的に売り上げ拡大中です。

※小田急グループは、小田急電鉄株式会社を中心とする約80社で構成。

小田急線沿線地域を中心に、運輸業を始め流通/不動産/ホテル/レストラン等、幅広い領域で事業を展開しています。

■約80社から構成される小田急グループの一員。

グループ各社の経理業務及び給与計算業務の代行業務を担っています。

■小田急電鉄業務以外の小田急グループ各社の経理業務へジョブローテーションを実施し、幅広い業務に携われます。

■小田急グループおよび親会社の小田急電鉄の業務に携わることで、財務会計・税務申告や連結決算以外にも、

経営戦略やコンサルティングのスキルも身に付けられます。

また、3~4名を束ねるチームリーダーを経て、数年後には主任を目指せます。

■有給休暇消化率80%以上始業時間の調整や中抜けなど柔軟な働き方が可能。

採用強化により残業も更に減らしていく方針

■小田急電鉄グループ各社の経理を管轄。

各社の決算だけでなく、デジタル化 グループの内部統制を拡大していく予定です。

求める人材:

<必須要件>

■専門卒以上

■経理実務経験3年以上を有する方

■年次決算、連結決算、内部統制のいずれかの実務経験
