立ち上げフェーズを一緒になってリードしていただけるプロジェクトマネージャー・将来経営幹部候補を複数名募集いたします。
【具体的には】
AI、IoTなど最先端技術を活用したWebシステムやアプリ、ロボット開発プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャー兼
ビジネスアーキテクトとして、アーキテクチャ設計から運用・改善まで、プロジェクトの全ライフサイクルに携わっていただきます。
また、スタートアップ企業の創業メンバーとして、組織づくりや企業文化の構築にも参画し、経営陣と共に会社を創っていくという
やりがいのあるポジションも併せて担っていただきたいと思っています。
【ご入社の流れ】
BTMAIZの準備期間として創業から約半年程度は親会社の株式会社BTMにご入社いただき、BTMAIZへ出向という形で就業いただきます。※ご本人が望む場合は将来的に、BTMAIZへの転籍も可能です。ご入社後は現在BTMAIZで請け負っている案件に参画いただきながら、BTMAIZの案件イメージをつかんでいただき、並行して、目標設定やキャリアプランのすり合わせも進めて参ります。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・Webアプリケーションまたはネイティブアプリ開発におけるPM経験
・顧客折衝および要件定義の経験
・何らかのエンジニアとして開発に携わったご経験
【歓迎】
・Azure、AWS、GCPなどクラウドサービスの知見
・Python、Flutter、Reactなどモダンな技術に関する知識
・設計書の作成やソースコードレビューの経験
・スタートアップや新規事業立ち上げのご経験
【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
