大手組織設計事務所にて意匠設計担当の募集/週2テレワーク可/フルフレックス/大規模かつ様々な用途の建築に携わることが可能/東京
【週2日テレワーク可/フレックス/様々な用途にチャレンジできる設計事務所】
業務施設(オフィス)・商業施設・医療施設・公共施設などの建築物の意匠設計をお任せします。
【具体的には】
- オフィス、ホテル、学校、病院など様々な建築物の企画・構想段階から携わり、健康で快適な環境をより少ないエネルギー&環境負荷で実現していただきます。
- プロジェクトごとにチームを組織PA(プロジェクトアーキテクト)を中心に、建築担当、構造担当、機械担当、電気担当、積算担当、監理担当によるチームを組織してプロジェクトを遂行します。

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)
【年収・給与】
年収:500万円~1,000万円 (30歳~45歳例)月収:30万円~60万円 (30歳~45歳例)※経験、スキル考慮の上、決定いたします。※契約社員(正社員化前提の半年~1年) ほとんどの方が正社員登用されています。昇給:年1回(4月) 賞与:年2回(6月・12月) 正社員登用後に支給対象となります。※前年実績3.5か月モデル年収年収890万円程度(40歳大卒、裁量手当、賞与を含む)
