一般事務業務をお任せします。
データ入力や伝票処理など、
社内のバックオフィスを支える
事務作業が中心です。

データ入力・書類作成

顧客情報や処理内容などのデータを
専用システムへ入力します。
フォーマットに沿って進められるため、
PCの基本操作ができれば問題ありません。
正確さを大切にしながら、
コツコツ進めていく仕事です。
- 伝票処理・確認作業

産廃処理に必要な伝票の
確認・整理・ファイリングを担当します。
内容のチェックや不備対応など、
ミスなく進めることが求められます。
扱う書類は決まったパターンが多いので、
慣れるとスムーズにこなせるようになります。
- その他庶務・サポート業務

電話対応や来客応対、書類整理など、
事務所内のサポート業務もお願いします。
事務全般を通して社内を支える
ポジションとして活躍いただきます。
最初は簡単な作業からお任せし、
徐々にできる範囲を広げていける環境です。

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 25万円
