Job Summary

To provide exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures from the hotel. Offer prompt and professional information and directions to guests, making reservations for restaurants and sightseeing spots as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Make reservations for restaurants, sightseeing spots, and other activities that meet guest needs.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Hospitality is an asset.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Front Office or Concierge roles, preferably in a 5-star environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the city, tours, and excursions to recommend to guests.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese communication skills (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
