【仕事内容】

■業務内容:

当社にて分譲マンション営業としてご活躍いただきます。

自社ブランドマンション「アルファ」シリーズの販売を担当頂きます。

☆モデルルームでの接客、物件提案、契約業務など

■業務の流れ:

集客活動(HPへの来場予約対応・ポスティング・資料請求者等への電話フォロー)

↓

モデルルームでの接客、契約手続き

↓

契約後の打合せ(設備・間取りの変更等)

↓

引渡し

お客様への資産提案、変更工事打合せ、融資相談など、お客様の住宅取得を検討からお引渡しまで一貫してサポートして頂きます。

◎総合職としての採用となるため、分譲マンション営業以外でも50社以上あるグループ展開により、幅の広いキャリアビジョンがございます。

■業務の特徴:

チーム単位でマンション一棟を担当・販売するのが同社の営業の特徴です。若手からベテランまでをバランスよく配置した約5名体制のチームで販売戦略の立案や完売までのシミュレーションを行い、軌道修正を行いながら営業活動を行っていきます。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

■宅地建物取引士

■住宅・不動産経験
