乗合バス631両、貸切バス115両を保有する当社では、奈良県全域および京都府南部などの

路線バスを運行するだけではなく、首都圏や主要都市への高速バスや、

奈良県の名所・旧跡をご案内する定期観光バスを運行するなど、活躍の場は多種多様です

【仕事内容】

観光バスドライバーとして、地元のお客様を全国各地の観光地へご案内するだけではなく、

関西にお越しになる修学旅行生など全国のお客様を地元の名所・旧跡にご案内していただきます

また、運行前後にバスを点検し、給油や車内・車外の清掃をするなど、

安全で気持ちよくお客様にご乗車いただけるよう準備しておくのも、大切な仕事のひとつです

【入社後に手厚い研修制度】

当社の研修は、奈良県大和郡山市にある「研修センター」で、2~4名1組で行います

<入社から約2カ月間>

座学と運転研修で『運転者になるための基礎』『運転操作から機器操作』および

『お客様への接遇やマナー』『道路交通法』について丁寧に指導いたします。

研修車両に乗り、研修指導員が運転の仕方、マイクの案内の仕方なども全て、

場面に応じてお教えします。

また、事故時の対応や雪道でのチェーン装着、車椅子の扱い方などの研修もあります。

<配属>

営業所に配属。営業所の指導運転者から『路線教習等』を受けます。

実車で運行しているバスに乗り、先輩が運転する様子を見て勉強したり、

実際にハンドルを握り、コースやバス停留所を覚えます。

<配属から約1週間後>

1人乗務開始となります。

<配属から6カ月後>

「6カ月研修」があり、再度、研修センターで振り返りを行います。

このように一人前にドライバーデビューした後もフォロー研修があるので、

誰でも長く第一線で活躍ができる環境となっています
