Job Summary
Navigate responsible business unit to achieve anticipated business growth suggesting recommended resource allocation through
- providing business insights ensuring data driven decisions
- driving performance management discussion and provides meaningful reports / insights to business partners
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the quality of value creation by the team in the space of SFE
Provide strategic insights and guidance to PVUs(Business Units) for their critical business and organizational decision making
Partner seamlessly and transversally with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business teams and digital teams
Contribute from strategy development to implementation enhancement such as salesforce sizing, resource allocation, targeting & segmentation, call planning, activity monitoring, incentive scheme development
Discover/validate new data sources to generate insights refining strategies and tactics
Potentially, lead the team to maximize the organization capabilities
Education & Qualifications
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Competencies
Foundational Competencies:
• Working experience in pharmaceutical industry
o More than 5 year experience is preferable (Not only focus on the length. Broadly understanding the industry is important.)
• Gathering & interpreting information
o Be able to gather relevant information for business questions
o Interpret the meaning of information and the results of analysis, and communicate how to use it in business
• Thinking holistically
o Have the wide range of view to work on tasks
o Be able to imagine the importance and influence of required tasks for future business
• Strategy building / analysis in SFE
o Deeply understand the way of strategy building
o Strong logical/critical thinking
o Develop solid logic and conduct the analysis
o Excel / PowerPoint skills (Advanced)
• Performance Management
o Identify metrics that drive performance against strategic priorities
o Analyze and reports performance metrics to management
o Apply a broad range of analytical techniques to identify business issues, opportunities, and risks
• Data Knowledge
o Deeply understand the definitions of data source (e.g. IQVIA, CRM, etc.)
o Identify the ideal data source for each business question
• Advanced Analytics
o Have the basic knowledge about AI, deep learning, machine learning and can communicate with AI engineer smoothly
o Understand what AI can do and cannot do
