まずうちが先に崩します。/

・「車を見たり、運転している時間が好きだ」

・「趣味や家族の時間を大切にしたい」

・「平日休みやシフト制から、固定休に切り替えたい」

そんな"働き方を見直したい方"に向けた、

新しいドライバー枠です。

今回の募集は、

土日祝休み × 定時上がり × 短距離の集配業務。

担当するのは、勤務地から車で約30分圏内、

最大でも1時間弱の範囲。

県外への長距離配送や、宿泊を伴う運行は

一切ありません。

「今、どこを走っているかよくわかる」

安心感の中で、好きな運転そのものを

仕事にできます。

定時に仕事が終われば、

そこからはあなたの時間。

家に帰って最新のゲームに没頭したり、

YouTubeでお気に入りの動画を漁るもよし。

土日はカレンダー通りに休んで、

家族とゆっくり過ごしたり、

こだわりの愛車をメンテナンスすることも出来ます♪

このポジションを新設した理由は、

既存ドライバーの残業を減らし、

全員がムリなく働ける会社にするため。

◆仕事内容

長距離や宿泊を伴う運行はなく、

トラックでの近距離エリアの集配業務を

お任せします。

走行範囲は片道30分〜最大でも1時間以内。

県外への配送はありません。

馴染のあるエリアを走るため、

落ち着いた運行が可能です。

\未経験者の入社後フォローもばっちり/

「免許、持ってないけど大丈夫かな…?」

そんな不安も弊社なら不要です

まずは段階を分けて車両研修をしっかり実施。

まずは軽自動車やバンの運転からスタートし、

業務に慣れてきたタイミングで、少しずつステップアップしていきます。

中型・大型免許の取得費用は、会社が全額サポート。

未経験からでも、安心して成長できる環境を整えています。
