POSITION SUMMARY
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, mathematical precision, and proper codes.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents as per policies and procedures.
- Record, store, and analyze financial information using computer systems.
- Classify, code, and summarize financial data to maintain records accurately.
- Complete end-of-period closing procedures and reports.
- Audit cashier banks regularly following SOPs.
- Maintain petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts.
- Document and act upon Cash Variances according to guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between the property and banking institutions.
- Participate in internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance.
Follow company policies and procedures; maintain a clean, professional appearance; uphold confidentiality; protect company assets and the privacy of guests and coworkers.
Communicate clearly and professionally; write documents accurately; answer phones appropriately; support team goals and address coworkers' concerns.
Build positive relationships; assist team members; lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance; perform other duties as required by supervisors.
