Essential Skills/Experience
- Those who have UX design and direction experience (5 years or more) in web service related areas
- Scenario design based on persona design and user survey, and extraction of user needs
Design based on UCD knowledge and processes (site structure, screen design, interaction, navigation)
- Problem extraction, verification, and usability evaluation by user testing
Design of smartphones and APPSJapanese language skills (business-level conversation, reading and writing)Desired QualificationsFacilitation skills to advance UX design with stakeholdersExperience in designing and facilitation of idiation workshopsKnowledge and experience of access analysis
- Launch of new service sites, renewal and project experience of existing sites
