仕事内容:

・フラワー商品制作

・店頭での接客販売

・ショップディスプレイ

・商品の梱包および配送準備

ニコライバーグマンのデザインを学びながら、フラワー制作、ラッピング、ディスプレイ、接客などを段階的に習得していきます。

フラワー制作の社内トレーニングも充実しており、未経験のスタッフでも安心して取り組めます。2025年の開催講座は20以上。増加する外国のお客様対応のため英語講座も実施。

技術をみがくことにより、イベントや展示会での大規模なインスタレーション制作に関わったり、スクールでインストラクターとして活躍するなど、将来的な展開にもつながります。

【勤務時間】9:00 - 21:00(休憩60分 / 実働8時間 シフト制 / 土日出勤あり )

新宿店(新宿区新宿3-14-1 伊勢丹新宿店メンズ館 8F)

【営業時間】10:00 - 20:00

【勤務時間】8:30 - 21:00(休憩60分 / 実働8時間 シフト制 / 土日出勤あり )

麻布台店(港区麻布台1-3-1麻布台ヒルズ タワープラザ B1F)

固定残業代あり:月給¥254,400以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,980(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
