我々は経営に対するコンサルティングメソドロジーと最新のデジタルテクノロジーを融合したソリューション提供により、顧客企業の変革を牽引しています。
特にERPを用いた大規模な基幹システム刷新は顧客企業のデジタル化の第一歩でありながら、多くの課題を抱え、遅々として進まないという現状に鑑み、戦略的案件として注力しています。
顧客によってご相談の内容は様々ですが 「ERP構築以前に、その戦略的な位置付けを明らかにしつつ、多額の投資に対する経営の意思決定の質向上とその遂行を支援する」といったスタンスが重要であり、我々が最も得意とするテーマである、と考えています。

・業界を問わず民間企業が抱える多様な事業課題・業務課題・組織課題を明らかにして、その解決及び企業・組織の変革を支援する。
・顧客の経営戦略・業務を深く理解し、その効率化・高度化のための具体的な解決策を提案するとともにその実行を支援する。
・特にSAP等のパッケージソリューションを活用した革新的なToBe構想・実現化提案を行い、実装まで伴走支援する。

■SAP等、ERP活用に関するコンサルティング、導入、PM経験
■民間企業の経営企画や財務部(管理会計)でのSAP、ERPに関連する経験
【歓迎要件】
・SAP S/4HANA導入経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1500 万円
平均年収:1,322万円※2024年度
