Job Description

• Preparing station lunch boxes for sale at various major stations on the Shinkansen line (between Hachinohe and Shin-Osaka), supermarkets, and department stores.
• Tasks include checking the required quantity of ingredients, thawing, opening bags, heating, and cutting ingredients according to the manual.
• Preparing seasoning, marinating ingredients, receiving ingredients (checking quantities with a barcode reader, inspection), moving inspected ingredients to the freezer/refrigerator, and storing them.
• Preparing ingredients to be used the next day.

Additional Information:

• You will be making a large number of station lunch boxes following the manual. Beginners are welcome as veteran staff will provide detailed guidance.
• Applicants aged 60 and above are welcome to apply. Conditions will be discussed based on individual experience.

Requirements:

• Educational Level: High School or above
• Experience in mass cooking at catering centers, hospitals, facilities is preferred. Experience in preparing deli foods at supermarkets, kitchen work at hotels/restaurants, etc., is also valued.
• Food Hygiene Manager License is a plus. Other relevant food manufacturing qualifications are welcome.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: ¥170,000 - ¥180,000 per month
• No fixed overtime pay
• Salary Type: Monthly
• Salary Payment Date: 20th of each month
• Salary Increase: Available (¥5,000 - ¥10,000 per month based on previous year's performance)
• Bonuses: Available (¥150,000 - ¥300,000 twice a year based on previous year's performance)

Working Hours:

• Shift System: 6:00-15:00, 7:00-16:00
• Overtime Work: 10 hours per month on average
• Break Time: 75 minutes
• Annual Holidays: 111 days
• Other: 2 days off per week, 10 days annual paid leave after 6 months
• Insurance: Employment, Workers' Compensation, Health, Welfare Pension

Additional Working Conditions:

• Retirement Age: 60, re-employment system available up to 65, work extension possible up to 70
