人材採用チームの採用アシスタント業務をお任せします
【仕事内容】
■オペレーション
∟候補者様とのやり取りや社内の日程調整など連絡対応中心に行っていただきます
■スカウト送付業務(候補者ごとに文面をカスタマイズしながら送信いただきます)
└ 一人ひとりのご経歴や志向に応じてメッセージを調整いただきます
└ 文面のABテストを行いながら、返信率の改善にも取り組めるとベターです
■採用関連資料の作成サポート
└ 採用に関するQA集、スカウト管理表、社内共有用ドキュメントなど
■その他、採用担当の補助業務(ご経験や稼働状況に応じて調整)

▼応募資格
【必須】
■採用・採用アシスタントの業務経験がある方
(例:面接官、オペレーション、求人作成、候補者管理など)
【歓迎】
■正確にスピード感をもって業務を行える方
■スカウト文面を候補者ごとにカスタマイズし、内容を自らある程度考えられる方
■スカウト文面のABテストや返信率改善などに意欲的に取り組める方
■Gmail・Slackなど、ビジネスコミュニケーションツールの使用経験がある方
■Googleスプレッドシートを使った業務経験がある方(関数の理解など)
■人材業界・IT業界でのご経験をお持ちの方
■GASやRPAなど、業務自動化に関する基礎知識がある方(見たことある程度でOK)
【利用システム】
■Googleスプレッドシート(業務管理・データ入力など)
■Gmail(メール対応)
■Slack(社内チャット)

【勤務シフト・時間】
・勤務時間は【10:00〜20:00】の間で、以下から選択する形となります
①オペレーション業務:10:00~19:00
②スカウト業務:10:00~20:00の間で最低3時間~
・週3日以上勤務できる方を募集しています
・ご希望の時間帯(午前/午後/夜間など)に柔軟に対応可能◎
【休日】
・土日祝
・年末年始
・夏季休暇・冬季休暇
・その他会社のカレンダーに定めた通り
【残業】
・原則なし(月10時間以内)
