(医学・薬学・化学・生物・生命科学・農学・畜産・水産・食品化学など)

創薬支援企業である同社にて、Binder Selection Technology(BST)を基盤としたリガンドスクリーニングに関連する、タンパク質発現および遺伝子クローニング業務全般をご担当いただきます。

具体的には以下実験業務をお任せする想定です。

  • 想定される業務内容:

・標的タンパク質に対するプラスミド設計・クローニング(遺伝子組換え)

・大腸菌・哺乳類細胞・昆虫細胞等を用いたタンパク質発現系の構築および培養操作

・遺伝子配列設計、プライマー設計、発現ベクターの調整・構築

・必要に応じたタンパク質の抽出や簡易的な精製(ご経験に応じて)

・アッセイ系に合わせたスクリーニング準備やバッファ調製などの周辺業務
