Role:
ServiceNow Platform Architect / ITOM & ITSM Specialist

Kanagawa (Headquarters)

Employment Type:
Full-time, permanent

Salary:
From ¥310,700/month + biannual bonuses (final package based on experience and skills)

Work Style:
Flexible hours (no core time), remote work available

Holidays:
121 days annually, full 5-day workweek (Sat/Sun off), national holidays, paid leave, parental and caregiving leave

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) frameworks
• Lead ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and integration with existing enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Manage current ServiceNow operations, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance with governance policies
• Develop long-term strategies for platform maintenance, enhancements, and sustainability
• Drive roadmap planning and cross-functional coordination to ensure future-proof ITOM & ITSM solutions

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation
• Experience with CSM module deployment or support
• Language: English (business level), Japanese (conversational level)
