Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Teamcenter Manufacturing (MPP) solutions aligned with business and manufacturing needs
• Manage and maintain manufacturing structures, including MBOM, BOP (Bill of Process), and BOE (Bill of Equipment)
• Support BIW and Final Assembly (FA) manufacturing process planning within Teamcenter
• Lead and contribute to PLM implementation activities, including system installation, version upgrades, and testing
• Perform server-side and client-side customization, including ITK, SOA, and RAC customization
• Support and enhance Teamcenter core applications such as My Teamcenter, Structure Manager, Organization, Query Builder, Classification, and PLMXML Import/Export
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, IT, and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth solution delivery
• Participate in system deployment and operations, including PLM / CAD applications on AWS cloud environments
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Teamcenter and Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP)
• Strong understanding of the Teamcenter Manufacturing data model
• Hands-on experience with MBOM, BOP, and BOE management
• Solid knowledge of BIW and FA manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in PLM implementation projects (installation, upgrade, testing)
• Strong technical expertise in: Server-side customization using ITK and SOA; Client-side RAC customization
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory
• Experience or knowledge of PLM / CAD application deployment on AWS is highly preferred
• Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage
