同社は、「ヒトとAIのハイブリッド・コンサルティングファーム」として、

医師および歯科医師に特化した開業・経営コンサルティングを行っております。

また、商業施設や駅などを中心に、医療モールを全国展開しております。

さらに、AI企業をM&Aし、多種多様なナショナルチェーン店向けに

出店時の売上予測システムを提供しております。

このシステムは、東京大学との共同研究により開発されたAIプロダクトです。

全国に多店舗展開する企業様向けの自社開発SaaSプロダクト

「gleasin」のAIアルゴリズム開発や立地戦略コンサルティングも行っております。

「gleasin」は、ビッグデータから出店候補地の探索や物件のスクリーニング、

AI売上予測など、立地戦略をAI技術でサポートするサービスです。

【具体的には】

・ 全国に多店舗展開する企業様向けの自社開発SaaSプロダクト

「gleasin」のAIアルゴリズム開発や立地戦略コンサルティングのアプリケーションエンジニア業務

・ ビッグデータから、出店候補地の探索・物件のスクリーニング

AI売上予測など立地戦略をAI技術でサポートするサービス

・ 大手フランチャイズ本部に導入されているAI売上予測の改修・新機能提案

・ Webアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用

・ 要件定義・基本設計・詳細設計など上流工程への参画

【求める人材】

・ Webアプリケーション開発経験(Java/Kotlin/Python/Ruby/PHP/JavaScriptなどの言語)

・ RDBMSやNoSQLを用いた開発経験

・ Git等を用いたチーム開発経験

・ 基本的なアルゴリズムやデータ構造に関する知識

【歓迎】

・ React / / Angularなどフロントエンドフレームワークの利用経験

・ AWS / GCP / Azureなどクラウド環境での開発・運用経験

・ CI/CD環境の構築・運用経験

・ セキュリティを考慮した設計・実装の経験

・ スタートアップまたは新規事業での開発経験

【給与】

年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
