- Be a thought partner to CoS with head of Research Strategy and work closely to realize CScO's vision
- Design and lead across research FUs projects such as SMT initiatives
- Supervise across research FUs activities, such as monitoring HC/FTE and budget, contracts between FUs or LMS management etc
- Guide FUHs for annual planning and orchestrate them as one research division under CScO direction
- Collaboratively work with FUHs under CScO to provide advisory and PMO services
- Manage strategic, organizational and operational initiatives portfolio
- Create and maintain integrated reporting to drive decisions on organizational and project operations
- Support to create and maintain operational execution process platform, IT strategy, process improvement strategy, learning and training for divisions under CScO

- Language skill to communicate fluently in English BA or MS in Science and/or MBA
